The Test is a lateral flow immunoassay intended for the qualitative detection of nucleocapsid protein antigen from
SARS-CoV-2 in saliva specimens directly collected from individuals who are suspected of SARS-CoV-2.
30 minutes before saliva collection procedure, DO NOT eat, drink, smoke or chew gum.
30 minutes before saliva collection procedure, using running water to clean mouth.
Open the box carefully as it will be used in a later step.
Note: A timer device (clock, timer, etc) is required, but not provided.
Wash your hand before start test.
Open the aluminum foil bag, take out the midstream.
Deeply cough 3 – 5 times Note: Wear a face mask or cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you are coughing and keep distance with other people.
Remove the cap of midstream.
DO NOT touch the flat pad with your fingers.
DO NOT eat or swallow the preservative.
Insert the absorbent tip into the mouth. Make sure midstream is horizontally placed. Swab the absorbent tip in the mouth and tongue to collect oral fluid.
Take the absorbent tip out from the mouth when the purple color move across the resultwindow in the center of the midstream.
Put the cap on.
Wait for 10 minutes and read the results.
Do not read test results after 30 minutes.
Throw away all used test kit components in the trash.
Wash your hand before start test.
